The beauty of handmade work is that no two pieces are exactly alike. Color may be slightly different from the items shown, because of the fluctuation of temperature and reduction in various parts of the kiln, which is expected in a gas-fired reduction kiln. This is the magical part of the process which gives each item its unique character.
